About Sassy Tails
Hi, I’m Stephany — founder of Sassy Tails and professional dog bestie.
My love for animals started long before Sassy Tails. I grew up in the Brazilian countryside, surrounded by dogs, cats, birds, chickens, and the occasional stray my mum lovingly brought home. She taught me that every animal deserves patience, protection, and a whole lot of love.
My pet-care journey began more than 10 years ago, helping friends care for their pets while they travelled or worked away. What started as a favour quickly became something I genuinely loved.
After moving to Australia in 2018, I found myself drawn back to animals again and again. That passion eventually became Sassy Tails — a pet-care service built around connection, trust, adventure, and treating every pet like part of the family.
Today, nothing makes me happier than seeing excited tails at pick-up, watching friendships grow, and sending pets home happy, fulfilled, and ready for a well-earned nap.
